This is an exciting opportunity for driven, passionate individuals to join our growing sales team from the offset, selling a unique product to customers worldwide.

You will be directly responsible for managing the fractional sales process. This will involve qualifying and developing the client's interest, from a point of initial enquiry throughout the sales process with the overall objective of generating sales via the telephone or face to face in meeting situations.

Job Role :

To sell the targeted quantity of fractional ownership interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage written and verbal communication with customers.
• Organise and keep client phone and face-to-face meetings
• Qualify leads with aim of generating sale
• Maintain good relationship with customers with aim of generating repeat business and referral business through good customer service.
• Provide a first rate customer experience, meeting and surpassing the expectations of customers.
• Maintain CRM system, update customer records throughout, adding comments and updating information.
• Ensuring reservation payment is received promptly.

Role requirements:

• Qualifications: University Degree or the equivalent. Grade C in both GCSE or equivalent Maths and English.
• Experience: A professional, highly driven, tenacious individual with the ability to manage own time.
• Communication: Able to communicate information verbally in a clear and concise manner. Fluency in English language, additional language skills an advantage.
  Can build relationships quickly with both customers and colleagues.
• Professionalism and Commitment: Can conduct oneself in a professional manner and can demonstrate a strong commitment and work ethic.
• Workload Management and Approach: Possesses excellent time management and is able to prioritise workload and maintain own sales pipeline. A quick learner who can work under his or her own initiative. Enjoys the responsibility and benefits of working in a fast-paced team environment.

Administration Assistant

You must have the ability to adapt to different situations and work to deadlines. All work produced must be accurate so attention to detail is paramount. You must be presentable and professional at all times.

You must have previous administrative experience, be PC literate and have a good working knowledge of MS packages. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.

Job Duties include: filing, faxing, photocopying, data entry, answering telephone queries. Smart dress code and must be professional at all times. Full employment contract given with health plan options. Salary is negotiable.
