Five Star Fractional Ownership S.L. was founded by a group of financial and real estate professionals who having been successful in traditional real estate projects in Europe, Middle East and Asia, recognised the slowing down of the second home/holiday home markets. A niche needed to be filled in response to our clients desire for use of a high end vacation property, without the cost and responsibilities of a wholly-owned second home, whilst still retaining the possibility of a rental income. In response to the strong untapped demand for fractional luxury apartments, Five Star Fractional Ownership S.L. was born.
